This role will be focused on assessing, trialing, operationalizing and providing Tier 3 level technical support for Cisco VoIP applications and communications-based enterprise applications across Partners Healthcare System institutions.  This role will be primarily responsible for deploying and maintaining Partners Healthcare Systems enterprise core VoIP application infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years experience with networking and internetworking devices and software, including at least two years experience with large mission-critical internetworks.
